Absolute Audio, Courtney and Aaron, were SO very helpful from the first phone call all the way through the fitting and instructions of my Moms hearing aids! The best experience one could ask for! We had so many questions, yet Aaron made us feel comfortable in asking any and all we had and gave us easy to understand answers as well as visual examples to help us remember how to work her specific pair of aids! Very satisfied with my visit. Receptionist was very friendly and polite, she makes you feel like you are the only thing that matters while she's waiting on you. You have her full attention. The Doc was nice. He has a laid-back attitude which in turn helps you to relax. I highly recommend this office / business. Looking for a good hearing doctor, look no further. This office wasn't my first choice. I live in St. Louis so I had an appointment made with an office that was near me. They never reached out to me to confirm the appointment. The day of the appointment, I had the appointment canceled. I wasn't sure if I even had an appointment with them. I didn't want to waste my time. Absolute Audio called days before my appointment to confirm I was coming. That's good business. Keep up the good customer service. 👍🏽

I received a letter invitation to make an appointment. Since I am interested in what is currently available, I decided to check it out. I liked the request to take my husband along. He is wearing his hearing aids daily and would be quite valuable during my consultation. I arrived on time and waited only a short time. Mr. Aron Gingrich was friendly, asked pertinent questions and told me what was available. He tested my hearing and I tried the aid for which I expressed interest. He listened to my concerns. I was mainly interested in the hearing aid that is totally inserted in the ear. Perhaps I am not ready yet to make this commitment but when the time comes, this is the product I would like to purchase.
